Here’s what to expect:

How to Schedule Your Appointments

Please book all five of your appointments as soon as possible to ensure my availability:

• Consultation: 3-6 months before the wedding

• Mock-Up Fitting: 8 weeks before the wedding

• Middle Fitting 1: 6 weeks before the wedding

• Middle Fitting 2: 4 weeks before the wedding

• Try-On/Pick Up OR Dress Reveal Party: 2 weeks before the wedding

Use the appointment calculator above to determine your ideal dates. If you prefer an early start and don’t anticipate size changes, you can book earlier, spacing appointments no more than two weeks apart. A preliminary consultation can also be scheduled at any time for an additional $75 to help create a game plan while adhering to my standard timeline.

There is a $120 booking fee, paid upfront when you schedule your consultation, which covers up to six appointments and includes complimentary gown steaming at pick-up.

Cleaning & Preservation

Preserve your gown’s beauty for years to come with my cleaning and preservation services. Pre-pay at your dress pick-up to receive 10% off my basic cleaning & preservation package. Accessories can also be included in preservation, and additional services can be added later if desired.

Fitting Location

I’m now located at 676 S Main Street, Lebanon, OR, next to the Khun Movie Theater. Look for the green door with my sign!

• Parking: Use street parking or the lot west of Chase Bank for easy access.

• Arrival: Text or call me upon arrival if the door isn’t open.

• Punctuality: Please be on time. Appointments are scheduled back-to-back, and late arrivals may not be accommodated.

What/Who to Bring

• Wedding Shoes and Undergarments: These are required for every fitting. Need assistance? Visit my Amazon Storefront, download my guide below, or email me for recommendations! I am more than happy to help.

• Gown Photos: Send Inspo pictures before your consultation to (541) 517-2317 or traegerkatherine@gmail.com

• Accessories: While optional, it can be helpful to bring your jewelry and hair accessories to see how they tie into the gown

• Coordinate with Your Hair Trial: If you’re planning a hair trial, consider scheduling it before a fitting to see how your chosen hairstyle pairs with your gown and veil. It’s a great way to visualize your complete bridal look.

• Who to Bring: Feel free to bring a trusted friend or family member (or three!) to your fittings for a second opinion and extra support. Keep in mind that space is limited, so it’s best to keep your entourage to 7 or fewer guests.

  Additional Services

  • Day of Dressing Services: Picture this—a seamless, stress-free wedding day. I’ll be there to steam your gown, make last-minute repairs, and fluff your train for perfect photos. Whether it’s calming your nerves or ensuring every detail is flawless, combatting spills or lose buttons, this service is the ultimate peace of mind on your big day.

  • Dress Reveal Party: Turn your final try-on into a moment to remember! Invite your closest family and friends to celebrate this milestone with you. We’ll transform your fitting into an unforgettable mini event, complete with the joy and excitement you deserve. This is your time to shine before the big day—why not make it special?

  • Custom Veils: Add the perfect finishing touch with a custom veil! The process is simple and can easily be incorporated into your order. Together, we’ll design a veil that complements your gown and vision. We can also re-design your mother’s veil!

    Payment Information

    Here’s what to expect regarding payments for your bridal alterations:

  • Booking Fee: A $120 fee is collected via card through Square when you schedule your Consultation. There are no additional fees for this payment, and it covers up to six appointments (Consultation, Mock-Up fitting, Up to 3 Middle Fittings, and Pick-Up/Try-On).

  • Estimate Provided at Consultation: During your Consultation, I’ll provide a detailed estimate for your materials and services.

  • Materials Deposit is paid before fabrics are ordered, usually after your consultation. Cash or Check Preferred. There is a 4% Processing Fee for Cards.

  • Final Invoice: Before your Pick-Up appointment, I will email you an invoice so you’ll know exactly how much to bring. This will include labor costs, additional services, and any additional materials. Cash or Check Preferred. There is a 4% Processing Fee for Cards.
