For those who haven't met me yet, I'm Katherine Traeger, your bridal designer and seamstress. I've been thoroughly impressed by the organization and style choices of our 2025 brides! The upcoming bridal season is off to a fantastic start, and I'm thrilled to be part of your journey in bringing your dream wedding ensemble to life. Below, you'll find all the essential details to guide you through our collaboration this year. Let's make your wedding attire dreams a reality!
Hello and Happy New Year! Your wedding year is HERE!
I am thrilled to be part of your journey in creating the perfect wedding ensemble. I've already checked in with most of you, but I wanted to reach out with some general information and share some exciting updates with you all.
#1. Timeline
Booking Appointments:
If you are not anticipating size changes you are welcome to book as early as you would like.
If you are anticipating size changes, schedule your first fitting as close as possible to either the wedding (for Jan-June brides) or my maternity leave (for July-November brides).
Fitting Details:
Fittings typically last 45-50 minutes.
You will need a Consultation followed by a Try-On/Pick-Up no more than four weeks after. You may need a middle appointment as well, but I can let you know during your consultation if that is necessary.
Preparation:
Email/text gown photos in advance to (541) 517-2317 or traegerkatherine@gmail.com.
You must have your wedding shoes and undergarments for every appointment.
Booking Process:
Check my calendar for availability in the next 6 months.
For appointments beyond this period, contact me to plan accordingly.
Appointments only accepted for clients who have filled out the request form.
#2. Investment
Basic Alteration Pricing:
Bridal alterations (hems, sides, straps, bustle) range from $400-$700.
Advanced modifications range from $800-$1,200.
Personalized quotes available by sending gown photos.
Service Bundles:
Simplify wedding planning with service bundles.
Bundles include alterations, dressing services, and preservation.
Payment Options:
I accept cash or checks (Katherine Traeger LLC).
Card payments incur a 4% processing fee.
#3 What I need from you before we meet
Essentials for Appointments:
Please bring your wedding shoes and undergarments to each appointment.
Undergarment Assistance:

Online Undergarment Store:

Photo Sharing Option:
While optional, sending photos of you in your dress before our meeting is always beneficial. Text them to (541) 517-2317 or via email.
Service Bundles and Scheduling:
For those interested in service bundles or building a custom package, signing up as soon as possible helps in scheduling adjustments.
This is a great way to save on gown preservation and custom accessories too.
#4. Other Services
I have added several new a la Carte services to my 2024 brides, but four that I am most excited about are as follows:
Cleaning & Preservation:
Trust me to handle the cleaning and preservation of your gown, knowing it inside and out.
Pre-book preservation with alterations for significant savings.
Day of Dressing Services:
Opt for Day of Dressing Services to ensure picture-perfect attire on your wedding day.
Includes steaming, last-minute repairs, dressing, "fluffing" your train, photo adjustments, and bustle fastening.
Pricing: $400 for 4 hours or $650 for 8 hours. Bundle with alterations for savings.
Custom Veils and Accessories:
Explore custom veils and accessories for a perfectly matched look.
Incorporate elements from your mother's veil or gown or design your own for a unique vision.
Dress Reveal Party:
Upgrade your final try-on/pick-up appointment with a Dress Reveal Party.
Invite your hype squad for treats, charcuterie, champagne, and tea.
Cherish special moments admiring your completed wedding ensemble before the big day.

#5 Fitting Location
Location Details:
Find me at 90 E Grant Street, Lebanon, Ore., next to Chase Bank, directly behind Wells Fargo.
Park in the west lot and look for a red door with my sign and Victory Electric's sign.
Arrival Instructions:
Call/text upon arrival; I'll assist if the door is not open by your first fitting.
Punctuality Request:
Please be punctual, as I schedule appointments back to back.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes early or late may be challenging to accommodate.
Smoking Policy:
Please refrain from smoking 30 minutes before your arrival.

#6 Very Bridal Tea Parties
Every few months I host bridal tea parties as a thank you to each of my brides and as a lovely excuse for everyone to dress up and wear their wedding owns again! I will be sending out an email when my next event dates are released.
